Customers must notify Vérah Jewels within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging for approval, after which the product must be returned within 5 days. Custom-made or personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and products showing signs of wear are non-returnable, and since each piece is handmade, exact replacements may not always be possible.
Refund Policy:
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, and refunds will not be issued for variations in color, texture, or shape that naturally occur in genuine stones.
