Orders will get delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp; however, delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Return/Exchange or Refunds
Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our jewelry, returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect. Customers must notify Vérah Jewels within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging for approval, after which the product must be returned within 5 days. Custom-made or personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and products showing signs of wear are non-returnable, and since each piece is handmade, exact replacements may not always be possible.
Refund Policy:
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, and refunds will not be issued for variations in color, texture, or shape that naturally occur in genuine stones.
